Navigate to DB/Sevis > Deadlines

Hit the New deadline button

Fill the following form and hit create button:

After creating this deadline, any matching student, even if still with ENROLLED status will be able to add dates / reason on placement updates after this deadline date and will be shown on the DOS Relocation Report.

At placement histories page, those changes after the deadline are shown as Cut-Off placements with a Scissors icon:
