How to Create an Agency

Click the "+ New" button located at the top right corner of the screen.

To enable agency employees' access to the system for immediate use, navigate to Agency -> Agency. If you prefer to limit access and gradually prepare the agency for eventual onboarding, select Agency -> Lead.

The agency creation process is divided into four steps, designed to methodically guide you through setting up a new agency efficiently and comprehensively.

  1. Agency Information: Enter basic details about the company, including billing.
  2. Admin/Main Contact: Assign a main admin for individual access, ensuring each agency employee has unique credentials.
  3. Recruiting Status: Add a note for callbacks or follow-ups with the agency, or set to "No Status" if preferred.
  4. Companies: For groups with multiple companies, select the ones this agency can access at this stage.
