Understand Agency Hierarchy

Designate an agency as a "Root Agency" when it operates independently or at the top hierarchy level, versus setting it as a parent to another agency when it oversees or manages subsidiary or subordinate agencies within a structured network.

In step 4 of the agency creation process, you have access to initial settings for each company.

After creating an agency, you can update its Company/Hierarchy settings by navigating to the agency's profile, selecting the desired company from the left-hand menu, and then clicking "Edit" to make changes.
