To start a Student Application quickly, click the "New+" button and navigate to Student -> Applicant. This is the most direct method to initiate the application process for a student.
Alternatively, if the option is available, initiating a Student Application can also be done via the Home Widget or through the Students -> Applicants section from the menu, see below.
When starting a student application, be ready to provide essential details such as basic student information, expected program attendance dates, and the partner agency involved. Notably, if an agency initiates the application, their agency will automatically be selected as part of the process.
If you prefer not to invite the student to complete the application themselves, ensure you deselect the corresponding option in Step 1. Normally, students receive emails inviting them to complete the application you just created.
